<div class="rich-text"><p data-block-key="r4x2i">The Room is a community space which has been recently refurbished from 106 funding provided by East Hampshire District Council. We wanted to make the room more welcoming and cosier for local groups and the wider community to use.</p><p data-block-key="cti92">The room is next door to Café 1759 and is available to hire for local groups and private individuals.</p><h4 data-block-key="au87v">When can you hire out The Room?</h4><p data-block-key="ddcoi">Monday to Saturday 8am – 7.30pm (room to be vacated and locked by 8pm) ·</p><p data-block-key="22f13">The Room is not available for hire on Sundays, Public or Bank Holidays.</p><h4 data-block-key="4aa5b">How much does it cost to hire The Room?</h4><p data-block-key="7e2kj">To hire The Room, we charge the following:</p><ul><li data-block-key="3r93m">Business users £17</li><li data-block-key="d5f4p">Private users £15</li><li data-block-key="f51i6">Community groups £10</li><li data-block-key="1eavi">Kitchen £20</li></ul><p data-block-key="bj7qr"><i>Occasional and one-off hirers are required to pay a £50 refundable deposit</i></p><p data-block-key="8elun">All fees are payable at time of booking In some instances, you may be able to apply for a reduction or waiver of hire fee.</p><p data-block-key="mbb5">For all room enquiries please contact community development officer <a href="mailto:susi.drummond@abri.co.uk">susi.drummond@abri.co.uk</a></p></div>
